• Increasing student progress and reading ability through the use of Advanced Literacy strategies with a focus on multiple entry points and spotlighting academic language. Also, to ensure all students become fully fluent digital citizens.

• Utilizing an inquiry approach in grade and vertical teacher teams to improve their practice, creating a sustainable and authentic learning environment focused on student outcomes.

• Providing consistent opportunities for students to cultivate, practice and internalize social and emotional learning in ways that are developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive. We will ensure that our students are prepared for the next step in life.
